“Amie captured something in HIM that I can’t quite describe.”

Before taking photographs Amie made sure Luca was comfortable with the camera flash and surroundings. During the photoshoot the vibe was light and playful and Luca was relaxed and had lots of fun. It’s clear Amie really loves dogs and Luca loved her too.

- Luca’s Human (Amie Barron Photography 5* Google Review)

Every pet you see here arrived as themselves - curious, distracted, energetic, unsure, playful.

None of them knew how to “pose” for studio portraits. (Except my dog, Theo, who loves to try out the new colours and is obsessed with photography.) These images are created slowly, using food, patience, breaks, and an approach shaped around each pet’s comfort rather than expectation.

Many of these pets had never been in a studio before - we figured things out together.

If you’re wondering whether something like this could work for your pet, the next step is to read more about how studio sessions are paced and adapted.

Or you’re always welcome to get in touch and talk it through first.
