Studio Dog Photography in London
Create colourful, personality-filled portraits of your dog in my private Wimbledon home studio, or let me bring the studio to your home. Sessions are relaxed, consent-based and carefully paced around the dog in front of me - no posing experience or perfect behaviour required.
Following an almost-identical procedure to an Outdoor Dog Portrait Session, with one key difference: your dog will be photographed in the comfort of Amie’s home studio (or at your own place if you have the space!).
A studio experience designed for real dogs
Dogs don’t arrive knowing how to pose, stay still, or work under studio lights - and they don’t need to.
Studio sessions are carefully paced, food-led, and adapted to the dog in front of me. We build things up gradually, take breaks when needed, and follow your dog’s comfort cues throughout. There’s no expectation for perfection or performance.

Most clients invest around £800–£1,200 in artwork, depending on what they fall in love with; however, there’s no minimum spend, pressure or expectation.

Your Artwork
Dogs make a house a home. Wherever you live. What better way to decorate the walls than with professional portraits of your four-legged family member? Amie offers a bespoke range of luxury wall art and prints to suit all homes, as well as digital packages of your session images.
Framed pieces start at £366. On average, clients choose to invest around £800 on artwork for their homes, but please know there is no minimum spend or expectation to.

My private dog photography studio is based at my home in Wimbledon, South West London. It’s a calm, relaxed space designed for one dog or family at a time, with no busy studio environment or pressure to perform. If travelling to Wimbledon isn’t suitable, I can also bring a mobile studio setup to your home in London. I have found that offering studio sessions in a familiar environment like a home, puts the pets immediately at ease. Perfect for those who are a little shy of the groomers/vets etc.

Before a dog even comes close to the backdrop or lights, I begin my desensitisation training so that they only have positive associations with the unusual sounds, textures and visuals. Through doing this, I make sure your dog is more than comfortable in a studio environment, and would NEVER force to do them anything they didn’t want to do.

Throughout my extensive dog walking and dog photography careers, I have become best friends with numerous reactive dogs. With a qualification in canine reactivity to boot, you can rest assured you’re in good hands when it comes to your choice of photographer.

We can work together in pre-shoot planning to discuss your dog’s needs. A studio session is often a great choice, as it means they have their own space, have minimal triggers around and we can turn the whole thing into a game.

I love capturing the special bonds owners have with their dogs and always encourage people to stop in front of my lens too. You’d be surprised at how many humans are so grateful they did upon reviewing their gallery, so please don’t be shy about it!

I typically present 15–20 carefully retouched images at your gallery reveal. Your session includes one 12×10″ fine-art matted print plus its matching social-resolution file for sharing online.
If you would like digital files, these are available to purchase. Additional wall art, prints, and digital files are purchased separately, and digital file collections start at £425. They are detailed on page 14 of The Product Guide.
When purchased, your digital files are supplied in high resolution, fully retouched, and carefully colour-calibrated so you can print them yourself with confidence. And every product in my catalogue - whether it’s a wall art or print - always comes with the matching social-resolution version of the same image, ready for you to share online with friends and family.
